The questionnaire answers matter more to us than the deposit. That is the honest reason we ask, and the only thing we use them for.

3. Payment data never reaches us

Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and are never sent to or stored by us. We see only that a payment succeeded, plus the last four digits and the billing details Stripe passes back.

4. Who else sees it

ProcessorRole
Stripepayment processing; holds your payment and billing data

Cal.comvideo-call scheduling, only if you request a call; holds the name, email and time you book

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

  • Reservation records: until your reservation is refunded or converted to an order, then as long as tax law requires us to keep the record.
  • Questionnaire answers: deleted or anonymised once the first batch decision is made, and in any case within 24 months.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email us and we will act within one month.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in Hungary, the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), or the authority in your own country of residence.

7. Cookies

Browsing this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. If you sign in to an owner account (section 8), we set one strictly necessary session cookie, km_session, that keeps you signed in for 30 days or until you sign out. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page, which is under Stripe's control and privacy policy. If you open the video-call calendar, it is embedded from Cal.com and Cal.com sets its own cookies there, under Cal.com's control and privacy policy.

8. Owner accounts and paired robots

An owner account is optional and exists only if you sign in at /account/ with an emailed link. We store your email address and a hash of your session.

Reporting is off until you pair a robot with your account. A paired robot sends a short status report about once a minute: its software version, uptime, controller state, any safety latches and warnings in plain words, the highest servo temperature and the lowest and highest supply voltage, whether the control loop is running, which joints are faulted, counts of stall protections, the current task name, and the ids and versions of installed skills. It never sends camera images, audio, recorded datasets or raw per-moment sensor readings. The account page keeps the latest report and a log of up to 200 changes (for example "latch appeared") per robot.

This is for showing you your own robot's health. Nothing in your account can move a robot, switch on its motors or run a skill.

Unpairing a robot from the account page revokes its access and deletes everything it reported. Deleting your account deletes the account, its robots and their reports. Reports of a robot that has not been unpaired are kept while the account exists.
